I need a chartered accountant who can take charge of three core functions for a large-scale corporation: tax filing, statutory financial auditing, and day-to-day bookkeeping. The records are handled in mainstream ERP software, so you should be comfortable extracting data directly from the system, reconciling it, and producing compliant reports.

Scope of work
• Bookkeeping – bring all ledgers current, reconcile bank and subsidiary schedules, and close monthly periods.
• Financial audit – plan and execute the year-end audit, deliver a full audit report, and prepare any management letters required under IFRS or local GAAP.
• Tax filing – compute the annual corporate tax position, prepare returns, and submit them electronically with supporting schedules.

Acceptance criteria
• Ledgers tie back to source documents with no unreconciled differences.
• Audit report is signed and ready for board presentation.
• Tax return is successfully lodged and acknowledgment receipt provided.
