Consolidate Six-Month Cash Flows
Budget: $15 – $25 USD
I have six consecutive monthly cash-flow statements, each saved separately as PDFs. The task is to take the figures from those PDFs, insert them into one continuous file, and ensure every opening balance flows accurately into the next month so the six-month picture reconciles perfectly at the end.
The statements must stay in their original layout—no redesign or reformatting—so accuracy in transcribing numbers and faithfully reproducing the existing look is critical. Once finished, I’ll need a single PDF that displays the six months in order, with every subtotal and ending balance verified against the source documents. A companion working file (Excel, Google Sheets, or similar) can accompany the final PDF if that helps you keep calculations transparent, but the customer-facing output remains a PDF matching the original style.
Flawless data entry, basic bookkeeping knowledge, and an eye for consistency will make this go smoothly.
