Confidential Trust Accounting Review

Job ID: 40617504

Budget: €30 – €250 EUR

This is a limited first-pass accounting review only. It is not a formal forensic audit, legal opinion, expert witness report, court testimony, or full reconciliation of every transaction.

I need an accountant/bookkeeper/financial reviewer to review confidential trust accounting documents and supporting financial records at a high level.

Documents may include a trustee accounting, accounting schedules, asset summaries, bank statements, brokerage/investment statements, transaction ledgers, loan/transfer records, distribution records, trustee/professional fee schedules, invoices/receipts, and related correspondence explaining the accounting.

The purpose of the review is to identify obvious accounting concerns, such as:

* missing records or gaps;
* unsupported fees or expenses;
* unexplained transfers or loans;
* related-party transactions needing clarification;
* items that do not appear to reconcile;
* missing statements or supporting documents;
* questions that should be asked of the trustee.

Deliverables required:

1. Brief confidential memo summarising the main accounting concerns;
2. Simple issue schedule/table listing each concern, why it matters, and what document/explanation is needed;
3. Brief redacted/non-confidential summary that does not include account numbers, exact balances, or protected financial details;
4. List of missing documents and follow-up questions.

Confidentiality is essential. The selected freelancer must agree not to share, subcontract, publish, disclose, or upload the documents to AI systems or third-party tools without written permission.
