Bookkeeping Cleanup & Monthly Reconciliations

I am looking for a freelancer to help me with bookkeeping cleanup and monthly reconciliations using QuickBooks Online. The project involves cleaning up more than 6 months of bookkeeping data and ensuring accurate financial reporting from 2 different business units under the same single member LLC (each unit has its own bank account)

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and experience with bookkeeping cleanup
- Strong attention to detail and ability to reconcile financial accounts
- Knowledge of best practices in bookkeeping and financial reporting
- Ability to work independently and efficiently
- Excellent communication skills and ability to provide regular updates on progress

The freelancer will be responsible for:
- Cleaning up and organizing financial data in QuickBooks Online
- Reconciling bank statements, credit card statements, and other financial accounts
- Ensuring accuracy in financial reporting and identifying any discrepancies
- Providing general cleanup of bookkeeping records without any specific areas of concern
- Maintaining a clear and organized system for future monthly reconciliations
