We are building a premier online platform showcasing contemporary interior design and fine art, highlighting talented designers and artists from the U.S., Canada, and Australia. Our focus is exclusively residential projects, providing curated design solutions and artwork that elevate living spaces.

We are seeking a Bookkeeping and Administrative Assistant to support the financial and operational side of our gallery business. This is a flexible part-time role (2–3 hours/day or 10–15 hours/week), ideal for organized, detail-oriented professionals who can manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Responsibilities:
• Document & Record Management: Organize and maintain financial, operational, and project-related documents.
• Client & Artist Communications: Manage emails, update client and artist databases, and support project coordination.
• Logistics & Shipping: Coordinate artwork and product shipments for residential clients in the U.S., Canada, and Australia, including tracking and follow-up.
• Project Planning & Costing: Organize weekly projects, estimate costs, and track budgets in Excel or Google Sheets.
• Vendor & Product Research: Conduct online product inquiries and coordinate with suppliers.
• Financial Administration: Handle invoicing, data entry, and maintain accurate transaction records.
• Payroll & Procurement: Process payroll and manage online supply purchases to support gallery operations.
• Order Tracking: Monitor client orders and project milestones to ensure timely delivery.

Requirements:
• Strong organizational and administrative skills
• Experience with bookkeeping, invoicing, or financial record-keeping
• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets
• Excellent communication skills
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks
• Familiarity with art, design, or residential project coordination is a plus
