We are a direct reseller and drop ship so we get orders from customers, buy the items (no inventory at our company), get the bills from the supplier (enter into QB), and then invoice our customer (from QB.) Accounts Receivable and Account Payable roles.

We are based in California and are looking to offload bookkeeping functions from our current bookkeeper such as entering bills in QuickBooks Wholesale edition (QB), placing orders with suppliers, and invoicing our customers. You would be work with this Bookkeeper.
You need to speak English very well to work with us, our customer, and suppliers and the ability to call these people when needed.
As we are an established business and currently doing a lot of business and transactions, you must have a minimum of 2 years’ experience of bookkeeping in accounts receivables and accounts payables, with QuickBooks Desktop / Enterprise or QuickBooks Wholesale.
Need to be full-time dedicated to us during the hours of 8-5PM PST.
Highly interested in someone from the Philippines and pay $6 an hour (Submit your time sheet weekly and we pay you via PayPal.)
Skills and Experience:
- Experienced in general bookkeeping services (minimum 2 years experience.)
- Attention to detail and accuracy in financial record keeping
- Strong organizational and time management skills
