Book Keeping for small business in Tokyo. Japanese speaking preferred, but not essential

I am looking for someone to do book keeping for my business in Tokyo Japan. My company is only about 10 people. I am ideally looking for someone in SE Asia that could do this much cheaper than my accountant in Tokyo. I dont have a lot of transactions, so looking for someone to do this on an hourly basis.
