Bank Check Payee Extraction

I have 533 scanned bank checks and an Excel file with a column for Payee Name.

Your task is simple:

Review each check image
Enter the exact payee name (as it appears on the check) into the correct row of the Excel file
Payees are repetitive, so the task should go faster
No other data is required — just the payee name.

✅ Requirements:

High attention to detail — accuracy is critical.
Ability to read from scanned checks
Deliver a clean .xlsx file with correct entries.

This is a time-sensitive project — I’m ready to send files immediately
I will spot-check 10% of the entries for accuracy
Prior experience with data entry or bookkeeping is a plus.
