BOOKKEEPING + BUDGET/FORECASTING

We're sole trader company but changing over to pty ltd in the coming months
Currently, all our income arrives into one business account, expenses also but have some different cards we use - for example, a card ending in 1234 may be used for Fixed expenses and card 0123 may be used for non-fixed expenses.
We send all our receipts to Receipt-bank, which is then connected to QuickBooks. The information in QB isn’t accurate because our current bookkeeper isn’t doing satisfactory work.
We need a business budget prepared - work our what we spend on expenses vs income and what is left over to be divided into the family budget, business expenses, savings and investing back into the business
Also, we need a family budget prepared as we don’t know what we can spend, we only guess.
We need to organise our documents better to get a better understanding of our business and family budget
Inventory management sheet, how much stock costs vs selling price = profit etc etc

Daily we need all income and expenses recorded via receipt-bank (receipts)
> Quickbooks to reconcile all expenses and income - bank account x2 This needs to be reconciled daily

- Loans Payment schedule/interest
- Inventory
I have a google sheet with all product SKUs and qty but I don’t have the wholesale price. Therefore it's hard to work out the profit, markup etc
