i need a ghost writer

I'm looking to publish a fiction novel which will be a romance/fantasy based around the wealthy families that live in the desirable town of Windham, NH, USA. I would like to completely leave the creative process up to the contracted ghost writer, whom can perform their own research on social media and online to get a feel for the wealthy neighborhoods of Windham, which is a desirable town just north of Massachusetts with a hot real estate market and great school systems, but has quickly outpriced the communities surrounding it, but has come with a façade of picture perfect $1.0M + mansions in new sub-divisions all over the town. Think "Desperate Housewives" type vibe.
