Writer from my memories

I'm 61 and had a health scare this year. I'm looking for someone to listen to my life story via phone and translate my words (hopefully as close to my style of language as possible) into text. This will take several (60 minutes or less) phone conversations over a period of time. I'm prepared to pay a fair wage for your time and expertise.
