The project involves analysing a novel
Budget: $30 – $50 USD
Stefan Ekman considers the urban fantasy genre to be centrally characterized by “a relationship between modernity and the fantastic, a core concern with the unseen, and a combination of traits from other genres” (3). Write a brief essay (500-700 words) in which you analyse The Wizard of the Pigeons with a focus on one of these characteristics. Support you analysis with examples and quotations from the book (properly referenced!). In your essay, you should make use of and refer to Ekman’s chapter as well as at least one of the other two secondary texts read for the seminar.
