Social sciences PhD thesis into a book

I want to turn my PhD thesis into a book/monograph - it's a social science's thesis from a leading business school (circa 100k words). This would involve a detailed reading of my thesis and then working with the themes to turn this into something more appropriate for a more general (but educated) audience. It will require domain knowledge in science and technology studies, information systems, innovation, business economics and markets. I want it to be well written in a lively style that feels contemporary. It will require some work to further anonymise qualitative data (quotes etc.). The current thesis is already fairly well written and passed without corrections at a prestigious institution so it's in a good place to start from.
