Self-Help Book Doctor Required - Men mental health

I’m the author of a book called Men in Repair (around 141 pages), which is already published on Amazon. However, I haven’t done any proper marketing yet because I strongly feel the book needs a professional “lift” before taking it to a global level.

The book is built around a powerful concept:
An engineering-inspired framework for men dealing with pressure, setbacks, and rebuilding themselves — using structured “gears” like mindset, discipline, faith, and purpose.
It’s direct, raw, and practical — not typical self-help.
What I need:
Deep editing (structure, flow, clarity, tone)
Strengthening the impact and emotional connection
Making it suitable for an international/global audience
Removing repetition and tightening the content
Suggestions to improve readability and engagement
