Revise, Edit and Publish Sales Training Book

I have a 15 chapter Sales training book was about 20,000 words that I need edited somewhat restructured to guard against redundancy and then ultimately published soft copy version. I’m not familiar with the publishing aspect and do need editing before it’s published as well
