YA Proper Romance/Mystery Novel Ghostwriter

I'm seeking a skilled ghostwriter to create a young adult proper romance/murder mystery novel based on my chapter summaries. The basic plot has been developed along with most of the characters. The novel should be written in the first-person narrative style. The story is based in Regency Era England. Should be about 30,000 words.
