Prolific Writing Job

I’m looking to hire a freelancer whose area of expertise is minute writing and the lancer must be very legible and willing to deliver top notch writing and he/she must be computer literate and able to interact with programs like Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint and also Archicad.
The lancer should be able to deliver on short notice and should be able to multitask comfortably.
