Plot Developers / Outline Writers Needed for Ongoing Project on Historical Western Romance Novels

I represent a growing Publishing organization and need your help.

We need Plot Developers and Outline Writers to help us with the creative process of Plot drafting for our novels.

We are looking to create an ongoing business relationship with the chosen bidder(s). This is not an once off job, there are many future projects in the pipeline.

This ad is focusing on Historical Western Romance, but we are dealing with various genres and expanding fast in other genres too.

Essentially, you are going to develop the characters and story line from scratch.

- NATIVE English speakers only.
- Meticulous and professional people.
- Must be experienced and have excellent spelling, grammar and punctuation.
- Ideally, have prior experience creating plots for the specific genres.
- Small research in the niche or topic might be required in order to understand the MINDSET of the READERS.

A typical process would look like this:

- We provide the a high-level plot (1-pager) or even just the theme (e.g. “Second Chance”)
- We share some niche insights and guidelines to have in mind
- You then develop the plot outline that includes detailed characterizations and back stories for both the male and female protagonists
