I have completed a social-themed, non-fiction novel aimed squarely at an adult readership and now need a clear, engaging summary that captures its essence in a way busy editors, reviewers, or potential readers can absorb in minutes. The manuscript runs roughly 70,000 words; what I’m after is a tight synopsis (around 1,000–1,500 words) that highlights the pivotal moments, central argument, and key real-world insights while preserving the human stories that drive the narrative.
Along with the main synopsis, include a punchy elevator pitch—no more than two sentences—that I can drop into emails and marketing copy. Tone should remain accessible yet intelligent, mirroring the book’s voice: conversational, thoughtful, and steeped in social observation.
