Need to hire a talented nonfiction ghostwriter

We are looking for a high-quality nonfiction ghostwriter for our company who can write multiple books on a wide variety of nonfiction subjects such as Inheritance and Laws, Aged-care, Health and Wellness, Self-help, Business, Financials, Careers, Politics, Biographies, etc. We need 30,000-word nonfiction books that are well-researched, fact-checked, and well-written. $1,000 per finished manuscript. We will provide a comprehensive outline to work from. If selected for the position, we will set this job up in 3 milestones, with the first submission at 3,000 words. The second milestone will be after an additional 13,500 words, and the final milestone with the remaining words so that we can review/comment at each milestone.
