You’ll be free to invent supporting characters, tighten twists, and deepen the lore around the spirit—so long as the finished story keeps the pace brisk, the clues fair, and the moral stakes clear for readers aged roughly 13–18. I’m aiming for a novella length (around 25–35k words) delivered in clean, ready-to-edit Word or Google Docs format.
