Military Thriller Fiction Novel

I am looking for a skilled writer to help me create a military thriller fiction novel. The ideal length of the novel should be between 200-400 pages. I already have a detailed outline for the storyline and plot, which I would like the writer to follow closely. The level of detail in military operations and terminology should be highly technical, so a writer with experience in this area would be preferred. The successful candidate should be able to bring the story to life with vivid descriptions and engaging characters and possess personal experience overseas in Iraq or Afghanistan. A Native English speaker with a strong command of language and grammar is a must.
