Looking for a Cartoon Writer

I am looking for a cartoon writer to teach kids about financial and economic concepts in a fun way via 10 min cartoon video. Ideally, I am looking for someone who has experience writing cartoon, movie, or speeches. Also, I would like someone who has a background in finance and economics, and can teach these concepts in an easy and fun way to kids and teenagers. The audience is kids from ages 8 to 13. Ideally, I am looking for someone who has experience in doing similar projects before. Can I see any samples of your writing or editing?
