Handwritten Notefolds

I need 15 pages of notes, called notefolds, transcribed from my Chromebook to paper. The notes are organized in 4 columns and should be exactly as they appear on the Chromebook. Each column is split into 2 sections on the front and 2 sections on the back and each take about half of the space up each.

Requirements:
- Handwritten on college-ruled lined paper
- A clear picture of each page
