Assistant will help create workout routines and implement into Trainerize (experience with trainerize is a huge bonus). Also assistant will help manage current trainerize clients by tracking their daily participation in workouts, nutrition and habits.
Long Term Goal:
Compile the thoughts of 3-5 books (I will reimburse the purchase of books) into one research e-book that is reflective of my training and lifestyle philosophy. Assistant will read the books, summarize and compile into a new eBook that will be used to attract new customers.
