We are the GoodNovel, which is a global online novel platform. Our company is building a brand new interactive fiction app that is dedicated to bringing more quality stories to readers.
It will be a heavily story-driven game that focuses on romance stories. The player is like the main character in the movie, immersing themselves in their own romantic journey. During the journey, they can make a variety of choices, such as their characters' appearance and inner thoughts, and each plot they face.
Usually, each story is 15-20 chapters long, with 2500-4000 words per chapter. The stories will be dialogue-driven, choice-based, and written in a format that is similar to screenplay. (There will be formatting guidelines and writing templates provided).
This position offers different partnership models:
-To adapt novels on GoodNovel into interactive fiction.
-To write original, fantastic, and dramatic stories with conflicts.
-To customize interactive story based on outline given
All modes of collaboration require good English writing skills, proficiency in building story structures, and the ability to design options. In addition, good communication skills are required to collaborate with our editors.
Previous writing experience is preferred, especially if you have published stories online.
