Fiction Book Co-Writer
Budget: $50,000 – $100,000 AUD
I'm seeking an experienced co-writer to write an engaging adult science fiction/fantasy novel from a partly finished graphic novel receiving moderate success.
Key Requirements:
- Expertise in fiction writing, particularly in the sci-fi/fantasy genre
- Ability to brainstorm ideas and develop compelling plots and characters
- Strong writing skills to match and complement my style
- Experience in writing for an adult audience
Ideal Skills:
- Prior published work in the genre
- Strong understanding of market trends and reader expectations
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills

The idea is to write a pure text version of my existing graphic novel, titled Q-32. It's a story about one female abducted by a religious cult and ultimately ends up in an intergalactic romance and war. The female has no special powers and is just an ordinary human girl, who holds deeply religious Christian beliefs.
In short, the current graphic novel is a zany mix of political satire, sexist art and corny slapstick gags. It's dry satirical humor, but the proposed full text book doesn't have to be like the comic. The book can be a serious novel developed from it. I'm open to all sorts of suggestions for a finished novel.
Why am I doing this? Simply because I believe the Q-32 story is good, but I'm having difficulty with getting the work done on the graphic novel and I'm old, and I want to see the story published ASAP. Oh yeah, I could never write a proper book. That's not my gig. That's why I need you to co-write the epic saga.
A Woody Allen sense of humor would be perfect.
