Experienced Ghostwriter for a book on parenting Children with Oppositional Defiant Disorder, NAtive english speakers only

Looking for a ghostwriter who has both Writing experience AND personal experience in writing books about Childrens with Oppositional Defiant Disorder (O.D.D)
We are a growing publishing company looking to expand and add new talents to our team. We can provide a steady amount of work as long as you deliver quality work.
Each book will be 28- 30,000 words long, and the rate is between $2- 2.50 per 100 words.
You will need to submit the work for me to check at every 10,000 words along with a 2000-5000 word test job initially. This is to ensure that the book is heading in the right direction (this saves both of our time and avoids revisions). However, the payment will be only sent after we complete the entire 30,000 words. This is only fair because if you send me a half-completed book and disappear, I can't do anything with that.
Qualifications:
- Able to deliver a 30,000-word book on time (2-4 weeks)
- personal experience in the topics mentioned above
- The ability to comprehensively research the topic (It is NOT ok to just write based on your personal experience. We need someone who can write and reference a source to the information, along with adding their personal experience to it)
- free of grammatical errors and typos.
- Great communication (Reply back to our messages no less than once every 24 hours)
- plagiarism free content - (we check BOTH plagiarism and encoding texts and will report you to upwork if you are encoding texts and scamming people)
- Actually cares about the quality of content you are writing and providing the readers with value
- Must be a native English writer
