Size so far: ~55–60k words draft (16 chapters + toolkit + afterword)
Voice: First-person, raw, authentic, written from lived experience (Indian infra/startup ecosystem).
Status: Complete draft exists but needs a final professional sweep.
What Needs to Be Done
Expansion
Add depth to each chapter (target 3,000–4,000 words per chapter).
Insert 2–3 fresh anecdotes per chapter (entrepreneurship, global founders, crisis stories, case studies).
Add global parallels (Silicon Valley, Japan, Israel, Africa, Europe).
Bring in relevant data/statistics (NASSCOM, Startup India, HBR frugal innovation, failure rates, IPO outcomes, SME stats).
Editing
Remove repetition (themes like trust, scars, hustle appear multiple times). Keep only the strongest mentions.
Ensure each chapter has a distinct theme and feels complete.
Strengthen transitions so the book reads like a single journey, not stitched essays.
Frameworks & Visuals
Develop clear frameworks/diagrams to insert:

Hustler’s Cycle
Balance Triangle (Profit–People–Planet)
Cashflow Killers Pie Chart
These should be designed simply so a designer can later render them visually.
Toolkit / Practical Additions

Add more practical, any-business applicable advice, not just infra.
