Crafting Fiction from Military Experiences

I am in search of a seasoned writer to craft a fiction novel based on my military experiences. This project requires a delicate touch to revolve the story around my transformative internal journey and growth, told predominantly from a third-person perspective.
The ideal candidate for this job should:
- Have a proven record in fiction and or/military-genre writing.
- Have an excellent understanding of the third-person narrative technique.
- Be able to transmute real-life experiences into engaging fictional narratives.
Given the emphasis on my internal journey and growth, the writer must also be skilled in creating a deep and complex character development. This includes showcasing my experiences and emotions through third-party characters that resonate with readers on a human level. The writer should also be able to handle sensitive subject matters gracefully.
In addition to a firm grasp of plot structure and pacing, creativity in interpreting and presenting military experiences is highly sought-after. Preferred candidates will have prior knowledge or interest in military culture and dynamics.
