Book formatter required

I wrote and published an electronic book. I want to publish it as a paperback on Amazon.com. The book has to be formatted to fit Amazon KDP requirements. I need someone to do the formatting. I will supply you with my book on Microsoft Word 2016.
Please note: I entered "Book Writing" as a skill required. That's not accurate. I entered it because formatting books is not offered as a skill. And because I can't continue without entering at least one skill.
