Book editor, ghost writer, childrens books expert - format for print

I am looking for an experienced book editor, ghost writer, and/or childrens books expert to help me format my book for print. The book is a fiction novel and is approximately less than 20 pages in length. I need help formatting the book so it will be publishable in print format. This project requires someone who has had experience with childrens literature and the publishing process for print.
