VA to build my customer base for my book!

I have a Bestselling book on Amazon and now it's all about building a great customer base that I can reach out to when I publish my next set of books as well as continue to build customers for this one! I'm ONLY interested in those who know how to build great customer relationships. No funny business, no cutting corners. I'm looking for a VA who can work with me long-term. My primary customer base will be built in the US, UK, Canada, New Zealand and Australia, everyone else is icing on the cake.
You will be in charge of increasing my book review base by engaging with customers on all social media platforms. You need to be organized, understand google docs, excel spreadsheets and need to be able to jump on a call with me regularly. I pay bonuses based on targets reached.
