Book Publishing Expert Needed – Hardcover + Multi-Platform Distribution

I have a recently published book, The Agentic Edge: How Autonomous AI is Transforming Global M&A, currently live on Amazon Kindle (https://a.co/d/05IBjSfA). I'm looking for an experienced book publishing specialist to help with two phases:
Phase 1 – Hardcover on Amazon
Get the hardcover edition live on Amazon. I do not want a paperback — hardcover only. This includes interior formatting/typesetting for print, cover design adaptation for hardcover specs (spine, back cover, bleed), ISBN acquisition if needed, and upload/setup through KDP or IngramSpark (whichever you recommend for hardcover distribution on Amazon).
Phase 2 – Multi-Platform Distribution
Maximize the book's reach by getting it listed on as many major platforms as possible, including but not limited to: Apple Books, Barnes & Noble (Nook), Google Play Books, Kobo, IngramSpark (libraries and independent bookstores), Smashwords/Draft2Digital, and any other platforms you'd recommend.
Ideal Candidate:
Proven experience with hardcover publishing through KDP/IngramSpark
Familiar with multi-platform ebook and print distribution
Can advise on the best distribution strategy to maximize readership
Experience with non-fiction/business book publishing a plus
Please share examples of books you've helped publish and which platforms you've worked with. Looking for someone who can move quickly on Phase 1 and then roll into Phase 2.
