Book proposal

Looking for someone who has experience with literary agents and knows what it takes to turn in a successful book proposal. Have two books looking to get contacted and distributed. Two different projects. One, a coffee table photography book and two, a nonfiction short chapter book. Please let me know your preference as to what book proposal you would like to work on. Thank you-
