layout of a book

This is a 100 page book that has been already formatted, but needs an improved layout to look professional, including pagination, etc. to meet the requirements of KDP.com (amazon.com self-publishing platform) - with basic design considerations, such as starting each new chapter on the right side, left header to be book title and right header chapter title, no page number on first page or on blank page, etc. Also, meet all KDP requirements for paperback and eBook.
