Urdu Paperback Amazon KDP Workaround

I have a completed Urdu book sitting in a print-ready PDF and I’m determined to see it listed as a paperback on Amazon even though KDP still lacks native Urdu support. I’m looking for someone who already understands the quirks of right-to-left scripts on the platform and can guide me or even handle for me the most reliable workaround.

Here’s where I currently stand: the file is laid out in PDF, fonts are embedded, and the text direction is correct. What I need is a clear, proven path to get that same content accepted by KDP without sacrificing readability, typography or discoverability.
