Typeset 300-Page Print Book

I am seeking assistance with the typesetting of a 300-page book intended for Amazon print-on-demand publishing. The book primarily consists of text, interspersed with screenshots, and I have specific formatting requirements to ensure a professional appearance.
The trim size for the book will be 6” x 9”, which is standard for professional and business nonfiction. Margins should be 0.75" for the top, bottom, and outside, and 0.875" to 1.0" for the inside gutter to allow adequate space for binding and readability. I would like the text formatted in a professional and clean style, such as Times New Roman in 12 pt font.
For chapter titles and headings, a bold and centered format is preferred to maintain a formal look. Page numbers should appear at the bottom outer corners of each page. I will provide you with Chapter 1 of the book so you can showcase your typesetting skills. Additionally, while the book cover design will be supplied, your assistance will be needed to adjust it to the correct dimensions for printing.
