Supporting Children's Book Artistic Design
Budget: $250 – $750 CAD
I am creating a children's book series called Helping Hands Series, and I am looking for an illustrator/designer who can help complete the interior pages for one book.
The visual style and characters are already created, so I am not looking for someone to design the art style from scratch.
Your role will be to:
• Create 24 children's book pages
• Follow my existing illustration style (soft watercolor / storybook style)
• Use the character references I provide
• Place characters in scenes based on the story text
• Keep consistent character design across pages
• Deliver print-ready pages (8.5x8.5)

You will receive:
• Character reference sheets
• Example cover art showing the exact style
• Page text for each spread
• Example scenes and layout ideas
• Color palette guidance

Soft watercolor / warm children’s book style similar to:
• classic storybooks
• friendly characters
• bright but soft colors
• expressive faces
Consistency with the provided reference images is very important.

Audience: ages 4–8
