Self-Publish Memoir With Photos

My 30,000-word personal memoir is written and proof-read; what I need now is a seamless path from Word document to a ready-to-upload file on both Lulu and Amazon KDP. The story is interwoven with personal photos that must be placed at specific moments in the text, so careful layout and image handling are essential.

Here’s what I’m looking for:
• Insert each personal photo where indicated, adjusting size, resolution (300 dpi for print), and captions so the flow of the narrative is never broken.
• Format the interior for both paperback (Lulu) and Kindle e-book, meeting each platform’s margin, bleed, and file-size requirements.
• Generate the final print-ready PDF for Lulu and a validated EPUB (or KPF) for KDP.
• Provide brief guidance—or, if you prefer, hands-on help—during the actual upload to be sure everything passes their pre-flight checks.

Acceptance criteria
• Every image renders crisply in print proof and on Kindle Previewer.
• No widows/orphans or blank pages creep in after conversion.
• Files are accepted by Lulu and Amazon without error messages.
