I’m putting together a calm, engaging journal for children aged 7–11 and need an experienced book designer to take it from concept to KDP-ready files.

Scope
• Interior: 70–90 pages built around personal growth and mindfulness. Each spread should blend daily reflection questions, short mindfulness exercises, and space for creative drawing prompts.
• Visual style: clean, uncluttered layouts, neutral colour palette, minimal graphics (nothing overly cartoonish).
• Exterior: full cover—front, back and spine—sized precisely to my final page count and paper choice, with room for barcode.

Deliverables
1. Print-ready PDF of the interior (bleed, margins and fonts embedded, KDP specs).
2. Print-ready PDF of the cover.
3. Editable source files so I can update prompts later if needed.

Acceptance criteria
• Every element passes Amazon KDP preview without error.
• Consistent typography and margin grid across all pages.
• Prompts clearly legible when printed in grayscale.

Timeline
I’d like first proofs within three days and final files no later than day five after we start.
