Book Formatting & Cover Design for Amazon KDP (Long-Term Project)

I am looking for an experienced freelancer/team for long-term collaboration on formatting and designing a book series for Amazon KDP publication.
The manuscript is already written in Microsoft Word and will be released chapter-wise over time.

Project Details
Approx. 50 chapters
Each chapter: 5–30 pages
Release frequency: 1–2 chapters/month

Final goal: publish all chapters later as a complete compiled book

Each release will require:
Kindle/ePub formatting
Paperback formatting (KDP-ready PDF)
Cover design
Blurb/back cover setup
Occasional image/diagram drawing, cleanup, or redesign
Cover Design Requirement

A major focus is the artistic cover design.
I prefer a consistent series-style design where:
The overall theme remains the same across all chapters
Each chapter visually reflects its own topic within that framework (“frame within frame” concept)

Preferred cover art style:
Soft watercolor/pastel aesthetics
Hand-painted/toddler-book inspired artistic touch
Used creatively to represent advanced concepts of:
Physics
Physiology
Biomedical science

Target Audience
Mainly aimed toward:
Medical students/aspirants
Biomedical engineering students
Science enthusiasts
