I am looking for an experienced book designer to transform a completed manuscript (337 pages) into a **premium, high-end workbook-style interior** for Amazon KDP.

This is NOT basic formatting. I need a **visually refined, clean, and professional interior** that enhances readability and user engagement.

The book includes:

* Reflective worksheets
* Guided exercises
* Tables (e.g., confidence ladder)
* Structured sections (mental health / self-development content)


**Scope of Work:**

You will be responsible for:

1. **Full Interior Design (Print + Kindle)**

* Trim size: 8.5 x 11 inches
* Black, white, and grayscale design only
* Clean, minimal, premium workbook aesthetic

2. **Typography & Layout**

* Professional font pairing (serif + sans-serif)
* Strong visual hierarchy (chapters, sections, prompts)
* Excellent spacing for readability and writing

3. **Workbook Styling**

* Designed worksheet pages (not plain lines)
* Clean tables and structured layouts
* Subtle design elements (dividers, grey boxes, icons if appropriate)

4. **KDP Print Optimization**

* Proper margins and gutter for 300+ pages
* No content loss in binding
* Print-ready PDF with embedded fonts

5. **Kindle Version (Important)**

* Reflowable EPUB (not just PDF conversion)
* Clean structure for all devices
* Add **download links for worksheets** (hosted externally)

6. **Table of Contents**

* Print TOC (static)
* Kindle TOC (clickable)
