Book Proofreading & Publishing Prep
Budget: ₹600 – ₹1,500 INR
I’m ready to take my manuscript from “finished draft” to “ready for sale” and need a meticulous eye on every stage. The top priority is a thorough proofreading and grammar check in American English; I want the text to read smoothly, sound natural, and be entirely error-free.
Once the language is polished, I’ll need the interior laid out so it meets Kindle KDP requirements for both e-book and paperback. That includes proper margins, headers, page numbers, a clickable table of contents, and a clean EPUB/MOBI/PDF output.
A striking front cover (plus spine and back for print) is the final touch. I have a general concept but am happy to see fresh ideas that match the genre and thumbnail well on Amazon.
Deliverables
• Proofread manuscript returned in Word with tracked changes and a clean copy
• Fully formatted files: EPUB/MOBI for Kindle, PDF for paperback (trim 5.5"×8.5")
• Print-ready wraparound cover in 300 dpi PDF and separate e-book cover JPG
• Brief hand-off guide summarizing any styling decisions and the upload steps I should follow on KDP
