Amazon KDP Illustrated Novella Preparation

I am an author and visual artist preparing the publication of my first illustrated literary novella through Amazon KDP. The manuscript has already been professionally edited and is in its final form.

The book will include approximately 20–25 original artworks, which are an integral part of the narrative. I am looking for a professional who can handle the overall design and technical preparation of the book so that it is fully ready for publication on Amazon KDP.

Specifically, I am looking for:

• interior layout and typographic design of the book
• thoughtful integration of the illustrations (not mechanical placement)
• guidance on trim size, page flow, and the balance between text and images
• cover preparation (front cover, spine, and back cover) according to Amazon KDP specifications
• preparation of the final print files (print-ready PDF)
• guidance on the technical steps required to upload the book to Amazon

Ideally, I would like to work with someone who has experience in book interior design and preparing files for Amazon KDP, including technical aspects such as bleed, trim size, spine calculation, and preparing images correctly for print.

I will provide:

• the final manuscript (Word document)
• high-resolution illustrations
• cover artwork or assets
• back-cover text
