Amazon KDP Expert Formatting Required

Description:
I have a completed manuscript that needs professional formatting for publication on Amazon Kindle (KDP). The book is fully written — I just need it properly structured and formatted for both digital and print (hardcover) editions.

Deliverables:

Kindle eBook File (KDP-Ready)

Format for all Kindle devices (Fire, Paperwhite, iOS/Android Kindle apps, etc.)

Proper table of contents (linked and interactive)

Chapter headings, spacing, fonts, and paragraph alignment consistent with Kindle style guidelines

Clean text flow with no orphan lines, widows, or formatting errors

Hardcover / Print Edition

Formatted for 6x9 inches (or other standard size, based on recommendation)

Include mirrored margins, page numbers, running headers/footers

Professionally styled front matter and back matter (title page, copyright, dedication, acknowledgments, author bio)

Proper paragraph alignment, justified text, and visually balanced chapter starts

You will deliver:

A .mobi or .epub file (for Kindle eBook upload)

A print-ready PDF for hardcover printing

Optional: DOCX version for my archives

Requirements:

Proven experience formatting books for Kindle Direct Publishing (KDP)

Familiarity with both eBook and print layout requirements

Ability to ensure all internal links, headings, and styles validate with KDP

Attention to typography, spacing, and visual appeal

Quick turnaround and clear communication




Ability to provide a 3D mockup or sample preview of the formatted book
