I’m releasing a psychological-thriller soon and need a book-cover illustration that captures its pivotal, frightening dream sequence. The scene should feel dark and mysterious—more unsettling than chaotic—with an ethereal, gothic polish.
Scene Description-Two women stand completely still beside a wooden podium in a dimly lit, ethereal space. An open journal rests on the podium, with dark crimson blood flowing down over three human skulls arranged at the base. The blood pools on the floor and soaks the hem of the younger woman's gown. Postcard/photo dangles from the older woman's gown.
Style & technical notes
