Professional Book Cover Design Needed

I'm looking for a professional book cover designer to create covers for both paperback and hardback versions of my non-fiction book. The book's tone is serious, and I want a specific photograph ( I have the rights to it- photo is 300 dpi) to wrap the front and back. I have text and ISBN barcode for the back cover to be inserted. Key Requirements:
- Design a sophisticated and engaging cover that reflects the serious tone of the book.
- Incorporate a specific photograph as the main visual element. I have the rights to a specific photograph.
- Create the same cohesive designs for both paperback and hardback formats. Similar FONT type (but not proprietary Amazon Endure font).
Yellow see-through band on front cover of ebook to stay the same size but change to a muted green (or other as advised) . Layout re: titling to stay close to original book.

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience in designing book covers, particularly for non-fiction.
