I’m finalising a new novel and now need a clean, minimalist cover that relies on a monochrome palette to set the tone. The story is a contemporary drama, so I’m picturing a strong focal element supported by generous negative space rather than busy illustration or photographic montage.
You’ll receive the book’s synopsis and back-cover blurb as soon as we start, along with exact trim size, spine width, and printer specifications. From you I’d like two or three initial concepts, one of which we’ll refine through a couple of quick rounds until it feels just right.
Deliverables
• Print-ready PDF (front, spine, back) at 300 dpi
• Layered source file (PSD or AI) so I can tweak text later if needed
• Flattened JPEG/PNG for online listings
• Optional Kindle/KDP version once the print layout is locked
