Minimalist KDP Self-Help Cover

I’m getting ready to launch a short story, self-help book on Kindle Direct Publishing. I already have a completed full cover design.

I do NOT need redesign work.

I need technical formatting only:

Adjust spine width correctly for Amazon KDP.

Ensure spine text is centered and readable.

Align front, spine, and back cover to the official KDP template.

Maintain ALL existing fonts, colors, and layout.

Add barcode-safe area on back cover (bottom right).

Book Specs:
• Trim Size: 6" x 9"
• Page Count: 108 pages
• Paper Type: Cream
• Binding: Paperback

Spine text should read:

FROM SURVIVAL TO INNER SOUNDNESS
MELOVE TINDALL

Final delivery required:
✔ KDP print-ready PDF
✔ Editable source file
✔ 300 DPI
✔ CMYK color

No design changes please — formatting only.

Here’s what I will need from you:

• A spine designed to Amazon KDP’s current size and resolution guidelines for paperback.
• A high-resolution JPEG or PNG ready for upload, plus the editable source file (PSD, AI, or similar).
• Revisions if needed so we can fine-tune layout, colors, or fonts.

If you’ve worked on non-fiction or self-help titles before, feel free to share examples; a proven eye for minimalist design will be a major plus.
